URT partners with its OEMs customers to provide competitive costs, consistent pounds, and certified recycling capabilities that exceed industry standards. We also help them meet and adhere to recycling requirements enforced by the states in which they manufacture and sell goods. We structure, implement, and manage OEM Takeback programs to ensure their compliance. OEMs look to us as the recycling expert. We educate and inform them on the standards for compliance.
Our legislative teams understand the challenges OEMs face in managing a consistent flow of pounds across various states with differing legislative requirements for accurate reporting and transparency. We’ve been assisting with OEM’s in meeting their legislative requirements since 2007. URT provides electronic recycling nationally and assistance to OEM’s with voluntary recycling programs. Our extensive collector network includes municipal and retail locations across the nation while greatly expanding potential and capacity for its customers.
